Pickup & local delivery

Updated 2026-05-05

We’re local-only. Workshop pickup in Leaside is free and by appointment. Free hand-delivery to Bennington Heights, Davisville Village, Moore Park, and the immediately surrounding neighbourhoods. $25 flat for short courier to East York, Don Mills, Forest Hill, and Riverdale. Outside that ring, we don’t deliver in v1.

The short version
  • Pickup: Leaside workshop, by appointment, free.
  • Hand-delivery: free to inner neighbourhoods (Davisville, Moore Park, North Toronto).
  • Short courier: $25 flat to the wider East York / Don Mills / Forest Hill ring.
  • Build window: 3–5 business days, then delivery inside the same week.
  • Outside Toronto: not in v1 — email us if you’d like, we’ll be honest about whether it makes sense.

Where we deliver

Three zones, all close to the Leaside workshop. We chose tight geography on purpose: hand-delivery means we see the box arrive in good shape, and warranty service can happen in person within a couple of days of an issue.

Zone Neighbourhoods Cost Mode
Pickup zone (free) Leaside, Bennington Heights, Thorncliffe Park. Free Workshop pickup, by appointment
Hand-delivery zone (free) Davisville Village, Mount Pleasant East, Moore Park, Governor's Bridge, Rosedale, North Toronto. Free Hand-delivered by appointment
Short-courier zone Don Mills, East York, Forest Hill, Yonge–Eglinton corridor, Riverdale. $25 flat Same-day or next-day local courier

Not sure if your address is in zone? Email [email protected] with your postal code and we’ll confirm before you order.

Workshop pickup

Toronto-area parents can collect their PC in person from the Leaside workshop. Pickup is appointment-only — we’re not a retail store and we don’t do walk-ins. Mention pickup in the order or the lead form and we’ll email a window once the build is finished.

What pickup looks like in practice: you arrive at the booked time, we hand you the boxed PC and a printed setup card, you can ask any questions on the spot for five minutes, and you’re on your way. Many parents prefer pickup because it shaves a day or two and lets them ask the “wait, how do I plug this in” questions in person. Read the Toronto / GTA details for more.

Hand-delivery

For neighbourhoods inside the inner ring, we hand-deliver the boxed PC ourselves at no charge. Once your build is finished and stress-tested, we email a one-hour delivery window. We bring the box to your door, set it down inside if you’d like, and answer any quick setup questions. No third-party courier between us and your door — if something looks wrong on arrival, we see it together and arrange replacement on the spot.

How it’s packaged

Every PC ships double-boxed even when it’s hand-delivered five blocks away — the case in its original retail box (foam-padded), then inside an outer carton with extra padding around the GPU and CPU cooler. We block the GPU in place inside the case with reusable foam to prevent transit shock. Cables are tied; nothing rattles.

We photograph every PC before delivery. If yours arrives with anything looking wrong, we’ll have the build photo to compare against.

Why no Canada-wide shipping?

Two honest reasons. First, hand-delivery and in-person warranty are part of why customers buy from a small Toronto builder instead of a national one. The further the box has to travel, the less of that we can offer. Second, we’re a small operation; staying local is how we keep the build quality and the response times tight. If demand pushes us to expand, we’ll do it deliberately and update this page.

Outside Toronto and want a build anyway? Email [email protected]. We’ll be honest about whether it makes sense, and sometimes the right answer is pointing you at a builder closer to where you are.

Frequently asked questions

Why local-only?

We're a small operation. Tight geography is how we keep build quality and warranty turnaround tight too. If something goes wrong, we can swap a part in person within a couple of days — that's a real customer experience benefit, not a marketing line.

Do you ship outside Toronto?

Not in v1. If you're outside our delivery zones and want a build anyway, email us — we'll be honest about whether it makes sense. Sometimes the right answer is recommending a builder closer to you.

What does pickup look like?

Appointment-only after your order is confirmed. You arrive at the booked time, we hand you the boxed PC and a printed setup card, you can ask any questions on the spot for five minutes, and you're on your way. We're not a retail store — no walk-ins.

How does hand-delivery work?

Once your build is finished and stress-tested, we email a delivery window. We bring the boxed PC to your door, set it down inside if you'd like, and answer any quick setup questions. Free in the inner zones, $25 flat in the wider zone.

How long does it take?

Build window of 3–5 business days, then delivery within a few days of that — usually within a week of the order. We email when the build is in burn-in and again when it's ready to deliver.

What if it's damaged on delivery?

We're the ones delivering — so if anything looks wrong, we see it together and replace immediately. No carrier claims, no fighting with a courier. That's one of the reasons local-only is the model.
